That is totally okay. Fighting possessions often allow for at least limited physical action so looking at himself is legit. And probably makes sense with ghost auras for being 'in view.'
Mostly because throwing out a kid is hilarious since she is likely possessing for hilarious reasons. Or very, very dramatic ones.
