Special Permissions
So there are a few powers that need special permissions.
Overshadowing
Razzy is capable of possessing people! As ghosts do. She knows she Shouldn't Do This as a general rule, but sometimes Things Happen. Basically, it makes people a meat puppet, and it can be resisted with a strong enough will. Otherwise, people just go unconscious and are unaware what she does in the body.
So like if people ever want to play with this, let me know.
Dreamwalking
Tied into overshadowing, Razzy can also enter dreams. Again, probably requires Things To Happen, but like if she ever saw someone having a terrible nightmare, she might do it. Dreamwalking is less invasive in her mind for Reasons. Not something to do with no reason, but acceptable with one.
Technology Possession
Tied to the above, it is also possible to do things like possess machines. Such as being able to become a avatar in a video game. Doesn't guarantee the ability to understand how to work the technology.
Heart Games
This is an ability Razzy gained in Sabra La Tau. Razzy is able to pull a key out of a person's chest and opens a door into their heart/mind/soul. This power was obtained to fix long lasting mind whammies, breaking magical contracts, or someone required High Intensity Therapy that couldn't be done in a short amount of time in a horrible murdercave.
This is known as a Heart Game. What does a Heart Game mean? It means a dungeon is created from a person's soul, where people can travel through it. Since this is the person's Actual Soul, changes done has an affect on the person, though how much of an affect depends on what the thing is and what is done.

Rick and Morty: Rickternal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort
Red Vs Blue: Head Cannon
And basically anytime people have to go into people's dreams is a good example, except for it just being the dream, its the Whole Person. This includes good parts, and bad parts. And, of course, no two heart games are the same. Some have Game Mechanics, some are like a dungeon crawl, some are a story. Basically, as long as the metaphor makes sense for the character, do what's fun. As a note, this isn't 'its all just a dream' journey. Anyone going into a heart is physically present and can be harmed unless the heart itself prevents it.
The only true constant is the existence of a True Heart. The part of a person that is just a crystalized form of Them. That seed that grew into the person they are today.
Now THIS ability in particular Razzy has learned to NOT DO LIGHTLY. So if people want it, either the person themselves have to request it, or several of their CR has to agree this is a necessary thing to do. Because sometimes when you're mind whammied, you don't know what's best for you.
